With space for 100 guests, The Wing is the to-go-to Italian restaurant in the new CBD area of Nanjing just across the road from the Olympic Centre. Expansive kitchen where one can watch the chefs at work means that supervision of the entire process of one’s pizza creation is possible. All the Italian pre-requisites are met; thin crust pizza, professional oven, extra virgin oil, balsamico vinegar but alas, at time of writing at least, no salami. Great value set lunches available.
