School in Lianyungang Bans E-bikes; Chains Students’ Vehicles Together 

It was a surprising first day of the new year for students who had their e-bikes chained together by the school citing safety hazards, despite there being no e-bike sharing facilities available nearby and neither public bus services nor a metro link.
