Swimmer Drowns in Swimming Pool in Just 1.2 Metres of Water in Suqian

Staff with the gymnasium of the Shuyang County Workers’ Cultural Palace in Suqian are saying that the swimmer’s drowning while in the pool was down to physical reasons.
