Art lovers will be delighted to learn that the masters of the craft are back once again in Nanjing for “Renaissance Masters: The Art of Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo and Raffaello at Nanjing Museum”.

At the exhibition, see 27 works of art by Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo and Raffaello, together with 41 pieced by their students and followers, including oil paintings, sketches, replicants of frescos, sculptures and manuscripts.

Tickets can be bought online, using a mini program called 南博展览门票 (requires Chinese ID number) or at the counter right outside exhibition hall. Each ticket costs ¥50.

The Nanjing Museum is accessible from Metro line 2, by getting off at Minggugong Station, and then walking east (go straight along the pavement with Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics on your right). The Masters’ exhibition is on the third floor of the museum’s gallery of Temporary Exhibitions (特展馆).

A multilingual audio guide is also available. The museum is open from 9:00-12:00 on Monday and 9:00-17:30 during the rest of the week. The exhibition ends on 24 February, 2019.
