This day, 12 February, in 2006, the United Nations Convention against Corruption officially entered in to force in China. As the most authoritative and influential global legal document in the field of anti corruption,China had signed the Convention in December of 2003 to later submit its instrument of ratification, becoming one of the first countries to do so.
2006年2月12日的这一天，《联合国反腐败公约》在中国正式生效。 作为反腐败领域最权威和最有影响力的全球法律文件，中国于2003年12月签署了《公约》，后来提交了批准书，成为第一批这样做的国家之一。
