Yuriy Metlushenko, the No 91 Ukrainian cyclist from Turkish cycling team Torku Şeker Spor (TKS), claimed the fourth championship at the fourth stage of the 2013 Tour of Taihu Lake – “Soochow Life” Circuit of Changshu. The fourth stage started around Kuncheng Lake in Changshu, Jiangsu province. Alois Kankovsky from Czechish team ASC took the second place again.
