Non Local Vehicles to be Banned from Nanjing’s Cross River Tunnels during Rush Hour

In a bid to reduce congestion, applicable to all four of Nanjing’s cross-River tunnels and taking effect from 1 January, vehicles without a “苏A” license plate will need to take to one of the bridges over the Yangtze from 07:00-09:00 and 17:00-19:00.
