Huaiyang cuisines shine on Beckham’s dinner table

According to the staff of Hilton, Beckham was very satisfied with the dinner of both western and Chinese style and he almost ate up all the dishes. Among the 9 dishes, Beckham liked Fish Noodle Soup in Huaiyang Style and Nanjing Steamed Buns the most. After the dinner, Beckham specially thanked the chefs and attendants and took photos with them, as well as sign for them.

Head chef of this dinner was Xue Dalei, who has just been awarded the title of Top 50 Famous Chefs in China and received Special Achievement Award in “Hall of Fame Glorious 40 Years”. A well-known catering magazine also rates him as one of the 10 best chefs in Huaiyang cuisine.
