According to the IOC (International Olympic Committee), Nanjing is the least risky of the three candidates bidding for the 2014 Summer Youth Olympic Games. The IOC released a report evaluating the bids from Nanjing, Guadalajara, Mexico, and Poznan, Poland stating Nanjing offers “minimal risk” whereas Guadalajara and Poznan present “a number of risks”.
