This day, 24 March, in 2014, President Xi Jinping attended the third Nuclear Security Summit in The Hague, Netherlands, and delivered a speech in which he proposed for the first time that a rational, coordinated and progressive nuclear security concept should be adhered to, pointing out the path and direction for improving global nuclear security governance.
