This day, 16 March, in 1990, the first meeting of the Shanghai Mayor’s International Entrepreneurs’ Advisory Conference was held at the New Jinjiang Hotel, with more than 60 entrepreneurs from the US, UK, Japan, France, Germany, Canada and elsewhere attending the meeting. The main topics were Pudong development, financial reform and industrial structure adjustment.
