Some years ago, a local charity paid an English training centre in Nanjing to prepare three staff members who were going overseas to get special training. Surely this service could have been provided free by a teacher to support the charity? This thought has inspired the latest project by the Nanjing Rotary Club. Anyone interested in donating time, skill, or expertise to support a charity can now be listed in WeChat. Also key people from charities can be included. When help of any kind is needed, a request can then be posted and suitable people can offer to help. If you know anyone who can offer help, or is running a charity, pass the word on. The WeChat contact is LaurieGren.
